Delivery Information
We use an external courier to deliver our memorabilia throughout the rest of the UK and abroad, the standard charge for this delivery service is £24.95 (UK) and for overseas delivery please ring for a quote. All books and Novelty items are inclusive of delivery charges. All you have to do upon payment is give us your address. Alternatively you can collect from one of our shops listed in the about us page.
Refunds and Return Policy
Should an item be faulty, or unacceptable for any reason, please contact us within seven days and we will advise you regarding its return and replacement. Should you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, we will happily credit you for it against another product once the item has been safely returned to us within a maximum of 30 days.
The shipping cost of items returned to us for credit or exchange must be paid by you. We will only send out a replacement once the item has been received, we advise that first class post is used for returning items to us; the post office can give you a proof of posting form. Goods should be returned in their original packaging and always in a condition fit for re-sale. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
